BUYER INFORMATION

1. SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the VIP transfer service offered by the Seller to the Buyer via the website https://bodrumluxuryservices.com.
2. SERVICE DETAILS
Service: VIP Transportation and Transfer Service
Reservation Date: As selected by the Buyer
Pickup Location: As specified by the Buyer
Drop-off Location: As specified by the Buyer
Price: As shown and confirmed on the website before payment
3. PAYMENT
The price of the service is paid in advance by the Buyer using the methods provided on the website (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). The reservation becomes valid only after the payment is successfully completed.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and services for entertainment or recreation that are to be performed on a specific date or period.
Therefore, the Buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal for services purchased through this website for a specific date and time.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
The Buyer may cancel a reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
6. SELLER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Seller undertakes to provide the transfer service in accordance with the terms stated in this contract and as advertised on the website. In case of failure to perform due to force majeure (such as adverse weather, natural disaster, traffic accident, etc.), the Seller shall inform the Buyer as soon as possible and refund the payment in full if the service cannot be provided.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes arising from this contract, complaints may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the location where the Buyer resides or where the service is provided.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
By confirming the order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement is electronically accepted and stored by both parties.
